01The service
Imanginable (called “the service” here) is a studio that plans, generates and assembles videos. It is operated by AI Media Utils. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
The work is split three ways. Generation runs on the provider accounts you connect (such as VideoExpress or Higgsfield), which you supply and pay for separately. Your workspace and all video processing live on your own computer, through the agent software we provide; our servers handle sign-in, your plan and passing the studio's requests to that computer. We provide the studio and the agent. You provide the accounts, the computer and the creative direction.
Because your workspace lives on your computer, the studio is available while the agent is running there, and you are responsible for keeping that computer and its data safe, including backups. We do not hold a copy we could restore.
02Your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract.
- You sign in with your Google account. Keep it secure, because you are responsible for what happens under it.
- You can pair as many computers as your plan allows, and remove any of them from the account page at any time.
03Your accounts with others
You are responsible for the provider accounts you connect (VideoExpress, Higgsfield and any other), your YouTube channel and any API keys you add, including their terms, quotas and charges. We use them only on your instruction. If one of those providers suspends or changes its service, we are not responsible for the effect on your account, though we will do what we reasonably can to help.
04Your content
Everything you write, generate or publish through the service belongs to you, as far as the providers that generate it allow. You are also responsible for it. You need the rights to any material you use, and you answer for what you publish.
AI-generated material can be wrong, or can look like real people, places or events. Check it before you publish it. Follow the rules of the platform you publish on, including YouTube's rules for labelling altered or synthetic content.
05Acceptable use
You may not use the service to:
- break the law, or help anyone else break it;
- harass, threaten or defame anyone;
- impersonate a real person deceptively, or mislead people about real events;
- infringe someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
- make sexual content involving minors, or content that exploits anyone;
- attack, overload or probe the service, or get around its limits.
We may suspend an account that is used this way.
06Trial, subscription and payment
- New accounts get a 7-day free trial. After the trial, you need a paid plan to keep using the studio.
- Plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the account page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
- If a payment fails, you get a short grace period before your workspace is paused. A paused workspace keeps its data for the period described in the privacy policy.
- Prices may change. We will tell you before a new price applies to you.
07The agent software
We license you the agent for use with the service, on computers you control. It updates itself from releases we sign. You may not reverse-engineer it, remove its protections, or use it to reach the service other than through the ways we provide. The agent uses FFmpeg, which has its own license (GPL/LGPL); that license and the offer of its source code come with the agent.
08Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change or remove features. If we shut down the service, we will give you at least 30 days' notice and time to export your material.
09Liability
The service is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by third-party services. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before that claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
10Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from the account page. We may close accounts that break these terms. When an account ends, we handle its data as described in the privacy policy.
11Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will announce material changes in the studio before they take effect. The date at the top shows when the current version was published.
